By using the services of Infinity Vital Edge, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Infinity Vital Edge provides ancillary and billing-related services as requested by the client.
All services provided are subject to fees agreed upon separately. Fees are charged for services rendered and are non-refundable unless required by law.
Infinity Vital Edge assumes no liability for outcomes, claims, reimbursements, penalties, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services. Services are provided "as is."
Where applicable, Infinity Vital Edge complies with HIPAA requirements and safeguards Protected Health Information (PHI). Clients remain responsible for their own compliance obligations. A separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may apply.
Use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
